Online Hilfe - ProPlayer

The log files are located in ProRecorder ProPlayer under the user profile %USERPROFILE%.

e.g. for

Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\ApplicationData\Devacon\ProPlayer\LOGS

Windows 7:

1. Open Explorer - Organize> -> Activate menu bar -> Layout
2. Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Show hidden files and folders -> Show hidden files, folders and drives
3. C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Devacon\ProPlayer

Please check the following.

1. Go to Start – Settings – Control Panel – Sounds and Audio Devices – Volume – Speaker settings – Advanced.
Check that speakers are selected.

Go to Start – Settings – Control Panel – Sounds and Audio Devices – Audio – Sound Playback.
Check that default device is selected. Also in “Advanced…” speakers should be selected.

Go to Start – Settings – Control Panel – Sounds and Audio Devices – Voice – Voice Playback.
Check that default device is selected. Also in “Advanced…” speakers should be selected.

into ProPlayer.exe.config file and restart ProPlayer.

4. If the points above do not help, ProPlayer should be updated – the latest version has more flexible sound management system and more debugging info.

After you have purchased a ProPlayer license you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Then open this URL in your browser: https://www.devacon.eu/my_licenses
1. All available licenses are shown as "Available". Click on "Available".
2. Start the ProPlayer Wizard and copy the contents from the "Install Key".
3. Paste the key from the ProPlayer in the field "Install Key" at the online store.
4. Click "Generate License" to create the license key. This process is not reversible.
5. Copy the license key.
6. Add the license key into the field in ProPlayer.
7. Click "Next" to complete the process.
8. Click "Next" to verify the license in order to complete the process
9. Following the successful license verification, you exit the software activated by pressing the "Exit".
