When creating a mykey.pem with OpenSSL on the Windows PC there is error in the starting sequence. Open the RSA key with Notepad and check the following entries:

There is a problem with the BB Fimrware. Please update to the newer BlackBerry firmware.

Current ProMobile 1.8.919 does not work on 9015 with 5.0.0882 platform 6.2.0.93.
Please use the previous BlackBerry Firmware.
Please update your BlackBerry Curve 9330 to newly released OS 6.0.
Please check also if you have special company rules for your Smartphone, which prohibit you to use this kind of applications.
Click on BB menu - > Settings -> Device -> Manage Application -> ProMobile > Edit Permission
The permissions must be set to:
Connection = Allow
Interaction = Allow
Userdata = Allow
If they aren’t, so please change the setting to “Allow” and save them. If you can’t change the settings at your BB please contact your Blackberry Administrator to solve that problem. Otherwise please restart ProMobile and check if the startup will work.
To reactivate the existing license on another Smartphone you need to send following information to our support team.
- Existing license key
- Email sender from ProMobile settings
- Phone ID number (start Promobile and click at info)
After we received your Email we will deactivate you current Smartphone and you will be able to activate a new device.
If the program deviates from its intended behavior, you may be asked to set the logging level to Debug by the Technical Support. The verbosity of logging is changed in the following way:
-Start ProMobile
-Go to the ProMobile Settings
-Go to the Log Settings
-Change loglevel to Debug
-Click on Menu and click OK to save the Settings

The logging level has been set to detailed. Now you have to replicate the situation in which the problem was spotted, e.g. send a job.
During these actions, the log files are filled with data related to the problem. The written log files must now be sent to the Technical Support.

I get an error: "Page can not be displayed" after I clicked on install.

The buttons layout for controlling the functions can be configured in ProMobile menu. There are four programmable buttons, which can be configured with different functions and are activated when you open the recorder.
- Start ProMobile
- Go to Settings
- Click on button settings
- Click on a button and select a function. Repeat the process with de other buttons.
- Click on "Menu" and "OK" to save the settings.
When installing ProMobile via OTA the application permissions must be set before downloading. Please uninstall the ProMobile from your device and install the software again. Set the application permissions to "Allow".

ProMobile creates dictation in "AMR" format. To use speech recognition you need to convert AMR into WAV format.
You can use our transcription application ProPlayer http://www.devacon.eu/en/en_proplayer to convert the AMR files to WAV files.
Please open the Settings menu ProMobile and go to the memory settings.
By default, we use only 20% of free memory for the dictations. You can adjust the maximum amount of memory and change the value. In addition there is the storage time is an indicator of the total time for new dictations.
You need to upgrade the firmware OS to minimum 4.3 on your Pearl 8100.
If the installation of ProMobile over OTA can not be done, follow the installation instructions.
-Click on the main menu "Google Play"

-Install AppsInstaller from ModmyGphone.com or Linda Manager
-Connect your Android device with a USB cable to your PC
-Connect as mass storage the SD card
-Copy ProMobile "ProMobile.apk" into the root directory of the SD card
-Disconnect the USB cable from your phone
-Click on the main menu on AppsInstaller
-Select ProMobile at the AppsInstaller window
-Click "Install"
-After the successful installation, click "Done"
-Quit AppsInstaller and start ProMobile from the main menu

Please check the email of the sender in the ProMobile e-mail settings. When sending a dictate over the BES service, the e-mail address must correspond with the BES server.
If the Blackberry Curve 8330 is running on the Verizon network and the firmware is 4.3.0.127, you have to upgrade the firmware to 4.5.0.77. Please contact your carrier to get the firmware.
The application installation files require permission settings at the the Application Manager program. At the Nokia E71 the application security settings are in Application Manager. Open the Application Manager and click ProMobile to open the settings.
- Click on "Network "Settings“.
Select "always allowed."

This is a DNS error. The problem is in the OS.
Go to Options->Mobile Network->Tools->DNSLookup->Clear DNS Cache to fix the issue.
